This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every Customer, Authorized User, and any other person accessing World XP™ — the world experience powered by the DEASHA™ Framework. It is incorporated into the Terms of Service.
The purpose of this policy is to keep every Customer environment secure, lawful, and reliable.
These policies are provided for transparency and are intended to be reviewed and finalized by qualified legal counsel. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee compliance with every jurisdiction, industry, or regulatory requirement that may apply to a Customer.
1. Prohibited Activities
You may not use World XP™ to engage in or facilitate:
Unlawful and harmful conduct
- Illegal activity of any kind.
- Fraud, deceptive practices, or misrepresentation.
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abuse.
- Distribution of unlawful content, including content that exploits or endangers minors.
- Privacy violations, including unauthorized surveillance or tracking of individuals.
- Intellectual property infringement.
Security and platform integrity
- Unauthorized access to any account, environment, system, or data.
- Credential theft, credential stuffing, or sharing credentials to evade access controls.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, ransomware, or other malicious code.
- Phishing or impersonation of any person or organization.
- Circumvention of security controls, authentication, usage limits, or rate limits.
- Attempts to access another organization's environment or to bypass tenant isolation.
- Penetration testing or vulnerability scanning without our prior written authorization.
- Excessive automated activity that degrades performance or availability for others.
Messaging abuse
- Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Messaging recipients who have not provided required consent or who have opted out.
- Falsifying sender identity or message headers.
- Using messaging features for content prohibited by carriers or applicable messaging law.
Platform intellectual property
- Attempting to extract proprietary platform architecture, source code, schemas, prompts, or internal configuration.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or cloning the platform, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Reproducing proprietary workflows, automation logic, or system designs.
- Using the Services to build a competing replica of World XP™ or the DEASHA™ Framework.
2. Customer Responsibility for Authorized Users
Each Customer is responsible for the conduct of its Authorized Users and for the content, data, and messages sent from its environment. Customers should assign permission levels appropriate to each role, remove access promptly when it is no longer needed, and report suspected misuse or unauthorized access to us without undue delay.
3. Reporting a Violation
Suspected violations can be reported to hello@deasha.com. Please include the environment or organization involved, the nature of the issue, and any supporting detail available.
4. Enforcement
We aim to apply the least restrictive measure that reasonably addresses the issue, and to give notice and an opportunity to cure where circumstances allow. Depending on severity, recurrence, and risk, enforcement may include:
- A warning and request to remediate.
- Restriction or removal of specific content.
- Restriction of a specific feature, such as messaging.
- Temporary suspension of an Authorized User or an environment.
- Termination of the subscription in accordance with the Terms of Service.
- Investigation of the activity, including review of relevant logs.
- Referral to law enforcement or other legal action where appropriate.
Immediate suspension without prior notice is reserved for situations presenting a serious security, legal, or safety risk, or where required by law or a competent authority. We will restore access once the issue is resolved, where restoration is reasonable and lawful.
5. Questions and Appeals
A Customer that believes an enforcement action was taken in error may contact hello@deasha.com to request review. We will review the request in good faith and respond within a reasonable period.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the platform and applicable requirements evolve. The version, effective date, and last updated date appear at the top of this page.
